One half is OK but on the other half the minute hand does not quite reach the marker until it is positioned in between two markers then it gradually moves to align with the markers on the other half of the watch. The watch has gone back twice as still under warranty but it is still the same. I have

I wouldn't accept a polish even though it is superficial. Read "Service" under PP Values; they will have to change the case back as this is clearly their fault.
