NIce review.

I have played with the Double Split in some occasions, and in 2008 I was lucky enough to wear the Pt one for a whole day (thanks to my former boss) it was quite an experience, it is bulky and heavy, but who cared? definitely not me.

Once well adjusted to the wrist, the mix of excitement, feelings and emotions made me forget about any kind of discommodity. The pleasure was such that at the end of the day I didn't want to give it back, what an amazing object! The buttery action pushers, the stunning dial, and the movement.......what a movement. Absolutely loved it.

The Triple Split is a dream watch, an awesome achievement. Pt is 34% heavier than 18ct gold so I guess it should wear lighter on the wrist.

I miss the balance wheel btw.

I think if I could afford it I would go for the Datograph, probably first generation, it was love at first sight and the size is perfect for me.
