We all know know that the Zeitwerk movement can power additional complications since it takes advantage of some features of the Lange 31 days development process. So what about a moonphase? After all, it was an old idea! You can find this sketch done in 2...  

If a moonphase is added to the ZW line.. I may have to rethink my next planned Lange acquisition! I think the MP complication would be a very smart evolution of an already wonderful watch, combining the edgy look of the Zw with a very poetic and beautiful... 

I still would like to see a variant with Roman numeral hours. Cheers, -- Richard.

I am not for a ZW mp. If it should be feasible, it would be driven by the hour wheel as the minute wheel is hidden deep in the "black hole" that is called Nachspannwerk. And this would result in an inaccurate mp a la Cabaret mp. For an extra accurate mp a... 

Unfortunately, if you are thinking of this in a Lumin, I do not believe it will happen (moon phase or otherwise) anytime soon. The reason that these pieces are so coveted is due to their limited availability. If Lange were to produce a new Zeitwerk Lumin ... 

Hi Fx! I've read your post only a few hours ago. I've already seen the drawing you posted, made by Reinhard Meis. Have you noticed that the project was called "Zwei Werk" - something like "Two Factory" - instead of "Zeitwerk" - something like "Time Factor...
