As for theft chances to get it back are slim but since is not so common watch maybe there is chance if you search around auctions and web watch collectors markets.
Also being persistent on long run is worth try.

Best bet is with factory to register the issue and then it's up to them. What you can do on your own is check out auctions in person as well as look online for those watches without box and papers. But your chances are not great.
Welcome here, TH. Richard gave you a good answer. Auction houses, and the different collectors markets, plus Ebay, Chrono 24 and the watch shops, on line or not. It is a huge challenge...
And not sure, in case you find it, you will have some rights on it; if the buyer is in bona fide ( good faith ).... Best, Nicolas
