Welcome here, TH. Richard gave you a good answer. Auction houses, and the different collectors markets, plus Ebay, Chrono 24 and the watch shops, on line or not. It is a huge challenge...

In any case welcome here hope to see more posts from you! As for theft chances to get it back are slim but since is not so common watch maybe there is chance if you search around auctions and web watch collectors markets. Also being persistent on long run...
