Dear Nicolas,
First of all, I want to express my deepest solidarity. I can imagine how much agonizing all of these very sad facts are for you.
I'm sure you'll try in every way to promote an international criminal investigation, since the facts you've reported indeed deserve attention. I think that the macroscopic carelessness showed by the auction house clearly exemplify how easy is for a thief to place his loot. More, I think that EVERY second-hand market today is severely exposed to criminal risks, and that's the reason why I always prefer to avoid them.
Justice must prevail on criminals, no matter how strong and established they are, no matter how much time we need. But we have to admit that we absolutely don't live in a fair world: the violent hunger of money and the widespread arrogance daily make all of us an easy target to damage. And what we risk is not only our things but above all our serenity and our private happiness.
I wish you to be brave and to bear adequately the stress this situation is causing. But you're not alone, ok? I don't know how, but I think that now and here it's time this international community prove her strenght. For example, can I suggest to the Purist Team to enhance our Collector's Market in a totally new, totally risk-free platform?

I awoke this morning to an email from CR asking where I posted. It was in the Lange Forum.
I see the post is gone. I think it was still up around 10PM NYC time last night. I also did not know until now that Antiquorum OWNS TZ.

I believe your position is strengthened vis a vis Antiquorum: they are presented with an expensive, MODERN watch, with no box or papers; and they did nothing to verify ownership.
