understated possibilities to wear a Lange with a big date. To me it is an underrated gem which offers a lot of pleasure to the owner and nothing "flashy" to the audience. The Sax-O-Mat is nice to look at and very usefull for a "every day" watch. To be hon...  

for your comments and I totally agree with your assessment of this watch.It is indeed understated and would most times fly under the radar. Surprisingly, I have had two persons complimenting it, which is quite astonishing as it almost never happens to me.... 

Which doesn't mean that it is not elegant! When eeverybody speaks about the Lange 1, the Dato, or the Perpetual Calendar, there are other possibilities, other marvels, and among them, certainly this Langematik Date. Cold? Yes, but very nice and dressy, to...

I like the Langematik date - A few years ago I passed on the opportunity to own one (WG, black dial) and seeing yours makes me think I made a mistake .......... :/ Enjoy it! Regards Dave

Yes, the black dial is stunning and yet so wearable and discreet. As Nicolas just stated there's more to Lange than just the iconic and popular models. Maybe it's not to late to hunt for one. cheers fernando

before I read your post I had a look at the picture and I did notice the pusher and the sax-o-mat wording was diagonally opposite each other and it didn't seem so out of place after all.So, thank you for bringing this to our attention. cheers fernando

congratulations to this nice acquisition - it suits you very well! I also have very small wrists and I am a little tired of oversized watches other than the Blancpain Fifty Fathoms ;-)

that big is not always better and I have rather been downsizing a lot recently in finding watches with the right proportion and comfort relative to wrist size. 37-43mm is now within my comfort zone and I doubt that I would ever go beyond 44mm, again, irre...

Apart from the Datograph and Lange 1, the Langematik has always been one of my must-have Lange watches. I still don't own one but definitely will some day, particularly the black dial-white gold version. - SJX

The black dial WG version is very sharp. You definitely should consider this one. cheers fernando
