3 year service warranty
Dear forum members,
That have acquired a watch from an AD in 2016...am I the only one experiencing difficulties in registering my watch for the 3 yr extended warranty?
I was told that it was due to web site issues at first, but the login page wouldn't recognize my password (even though I referenced the registration confirmation email sent by AP) today. Logic would say just reset the password right? Wrong! The website would just prompt an error message.
Very frustrating and I don't understand why I even have to register for warranty when I purchased the watch directly from an AP boutique?!

I took my AP
to the Boutique and asked them to extend the warranty.I got the sticker by mail and placed it to the service booklet. Job done. Best, Kari
That happened to me too
If you registered pre website update, you need to re-register. I hear they still have all your previous information in their database but it would not show up on the site. After you have registered, it took around 20 minutes before it recognized my accoun...
