If you registered pre website update, you need to re-register. I hear they still have all your previous information in their database but it would not show up on the site.
After you have registered, it took around 20 minutes before it recognized my account.
Then it should all work fine.

I took my AP
to the Boutique and asked them to extend the warranty.I got the sticker by mail and placed it to the service booklet. Job done. Best, Kari
