Audemars Piguet

A decade with AP

It must be an exiting journey.
A decade is something special.

I had a Seiko, still at my place for a decade, but no reason to celebrate it. Just dislike that solid and accurate watch.

Interesting you want to adjust the date always.
My advice is to let it go.
When i set a date on one of my watches, i check always where the 12 midnight point is and turn on the crown around 12 in the afternoon.
Funny is, while i ignore the date, my watches show the right date. Coincidenze? Magic?

No problems with date? My Conquest V.H.P. gmt is a worry free perpetual calendar. Up to the year 2400 it is free of any date errors. Only keep on the battery energy, and the only worry is when the Swatch group can not deliver any fresh battery for my watch anymore.
Fingers crossed they will keep on deliver batteries for my watch.
This make me want to own a mechanical perpetual calendar.
An IWC portugueser perpetual calendar or my beloved Vacheron Constantin watches will be a good choice.

AP Royal Oak 15300.
I never thought that there where problems with that reference.
Lucky you have a rock solid 15300 who goes on and on.
With a little care, love, and knowledge a watch can run for ever.
You prove it, and an evidence AP is at the top of watch making.

Up to another decade.
