I just received my Audemars Piguet Quantieme Perpetual Automatique back from service. This reference was one of the first watches that really got me interested in haute horology. It is commonly reported that this reference (and its variants) with the Roya...  

...this is about as perfect a dial/type layout as there is. If there was a Hall of Fame for dial design, this would be a first ballot, unanimous entry.

Must be a real pleasure on the wrist.

But it has evolved in price regions where can not follow . But it is a great watch with one of my favorites base calibers so enjoy it

I'm thinking of buying this same model. What was the cost to service? How is the water resistance holding up?
