A top notch event and boutique. I loved the new facility -- great Ginza location, excellent layout and design (which includes a 2nd/3rd floor service center with glass viewing wall), and inviting aesthetics complete with historic pieces. Really well done all around. The AP team in Tokyo is also very impressive.

Yes, they do!
They rent three or four floors of the building. Customer Service, where the resident watchmaker works is another floor. And, yes, Will is a great watch enthusiast! Ken
