One of AP's most complex dials
I was once told by an individual inside AP that the dial used on the Millenary Maserati was a "nightmare" to make. It features multiple canted surfaces, different sheens and guilloches, and varying dial markings. Certainly one of my personal favorites....
The Maserati... One I immediately loved in pictures, which disappointed me on the wrist.

Do we know more about the construction of the dial?
I would imagine if the sub dials are part of the stamped dial, then it might be difficult to get the ink there when printing the dial. If its added at a 2nd point, it might not be so bad. But I like the dial, it woudl be great to see some wrist shots of i...

I no longer have this beautiful Millenary but sure miss it. As I recall, the dial was constructed in 3 or 4 main pieces that were set separately. The outer discs cant towards the center of the watch. Handling it in person, you really appreciate the design...
