It appears to be just new combination of materials and colors, limited in production. I think it looks fantastic. But it is not in the vein of a RBII, JPM, Survivor, etc. Of course, we could almost say the same on the original, which was a 25770 variant, but it seemed to have more unique details compared to the other models. Personally, I don't see the need to call it an "EoD II". It is perfectly acceptable as just a cool variant of the 43mm Offshore.
