Pat dry, just in case you live in a hard water area or don't have a soft water setup.
Otherwise leaving to air dry won't cause any issues.

So you think it is better than washing it? I never worried about washing a watch before the 15202. Also, do you ever notice the scratches and tiny dots I am talking about? The watch is literally brand new so I am guessing they are just part of the stainle...
