I am in the same situation as You. Have been looking for "the watch" for years now, and after a few errors I have landed on planet AP just as you. You are surely aware of the Collectors Market on this site? Also Chrono24 has some ads with links to private sellers as well as second hand stores. Be careful as there are a lot of scammers and fakes out there.
Will hopefully be looking for a 15300 RO Jumbo white dial or a RO Chrono later this year.
