For me, the 15305 is my fav version. I find the modern style of skeletonizing the movement perfect for the Royal Oak case, especially in its thicker version.
Moreover, I find the watch more readable thanks to a better contrast between the hands and the movement and to the presence of a scale around the dial.
When I first saw the 15305 in Geneva, I was immediately seduced by its beauty.

The work on the modern movement fits the style of the RO better than the classic movement. That classic movement would look the best in a simple round dress watch. But I wouldn't mind having either.
