i totally agree with you Michael. I honestly didn't get it at first when i initially fell in love with AP. I would say my taste has evolved and having owned the Grand Prix Carbon, Jarno, and having tried on the survivor, Grand prix RG, Lebron, etc .. the most timeless, versatile and truly iconic has got to be the RB2.
Its just a joy to wear because of the lightness of the titanium, and i love how the sub-dials look almost suspended in mid-air because of the hollowed out tapiserrie pattern.
Its a beautiful balance of just enough "oomph" where you can still wear it to work in a shirt or suit, but not to the point where it gets too loud and becomes only a weekend-watch.
Finally got me a RB2Ti !! Totally Impressed!
