1. The months are presented individually and not crammed into one-quarter of the sub-dial. I realize this is done to indicate leap year, but that is a poor solution. This is an elegant solution.
2. The information in the sub-dials is represented 'radially.' I. e. WED, THU, FRI are not flipped over to be right-reading. I wish every dial designer would do this.
On top of all of that, I'm going to guess the size in the 36-38mm range which is perfect for me for a dress watch.
