Definitely not a correct restoration when you check out all the photos but nice enough for a driver, which would be fine with me.
My 356 has risen in value over the years to the point where if it goes up much more I'll be afraid to drive it. And I don't want that!
My 356 has been incredibly reliable for the past 20 years but I believe the Italia would be equally reliable, being fitted with an old-school Ford 351 V8.
As far as affordable, they usually sell for about the same as 356C coupes in similar condition, so it may be expensive for a toy that would rarely be driven, but not unrealistic. I know if I were able to convince my wife to let me buy it she would make me...
