First off I meant C2 for the split window. I always get this wrong because the first Vette with the blue flame 6 and no manual transmission option seems like #1 to me.
My mind always sees the subsequent cars with 4 headlights, V8s and manuals as the next version but it's not! So it's the C2 and C5 that are my favorites with the 5 edging out the 2 for top pick. I think there were a couple of versions of ZR1s (with a new one on the way). If you mean the C4 version I like it quite a bit but my favorites are still C5 followed by the C2 you showed pics of for a close 2nd place. A year ago I almost bought a mint yellow C5 with very low milage that was meticulously maintained because they were so gorgeous .... but where would I put it? My whole car history would have been different if I had kept certain dwellings that I sold!

I remember when the initial split window C3 came out. It looked SO futuristic! Got some fun rides in one with the 427 big block. Eventually though this body style got pushed into 2nd place
