Zagato, a magic name, who worked on several cars from several brands. There were a few collaborations between Zagato and Aston Martin. Here the DB7 Convertible, which is a bit of disappointment for me, I love the two umbrellas in the trunk. A nice detail....

….measured also by the beauty of the creations. Those shown above are all beautiful and I like the intimidating shark mouth grille of the DB7. My personal favorite is the AM Vanquish Zagato Shooting Brake, in my humble opinion one of the visually hottest ...

I agree on DB7Z on coupe. I also agree on Vanguish Z as the most sensually brutal. She DBS Zagato is somewhat of gorgeous tour de force thus too much of a good thing. +1 on DB4 Zagato as my unobtainable dream. Other than DB4 Zagato here is my love at firs...

was a phenomenal car I had for many years. The Zag version was a little lighter and shifted with even more purpose. The current pricing on these Zags is a bit silly but Im sure in 20 years time, the V12 Vantage Zagato will be up there with the DB4 Zag in ... 

Remember that the underpinnings are all V12Vantage and inside the cabin is “regular” to the V12V. (Meaning you could have all the leather and alcantara stitched up to the nines. The roof lining was alcantara with tessellated “Z” incorporated). Externally ... 

The advancement of power/weight and handling advancement of newer generation car is undeniably desirable exhilaration.

Really love what they do and like you I always pref the coupe version. That old DB is a masterpiece. Although i like there new DBS GT line too . Especially the shooting brake

When I was looking to purchase my first AM classic - circa 2010, these DB7 Zagatos - I think 99 of them - all RHD were all over the market and unloved to an extent. I think they were typically £90-100k at the time. I would say they are not exactly beautif... 

Personally I like these, they were the design and model of that period. I do agree that the old AM is better than the new in class and uniqueness. Best, M.

Just the purity of design and the clear signature of Zagato makes this a classic worth acquiring and keeping. I don’t think any of that e other subsequent designs come close. You should also look at the Lancia Fulvia Zagato Sport also designed by Ercole S...
