Following several fellow-Purists post on cars outside luxury hotels and so ... how about the cars on my driveway ... 911 (997) GT3 RS 3.8 And let's not forget the bikes off course ... Ducati 916 Volvo P1800 / Clio RS / 1980 911 Lotus Elise Ducati 1198 Ast...  

.. i can start confiscating cars that dare to cross my driveway in the future .. could make one hell of a collection :-) Bim

.. it is the Clio Sport Mark II 182 'Trophy' with the Sachs suspension ... apparently Renault made a loss on every Trophy they sold ... 6K quid for the suspension only ... on a 15K car :-) Bim

They made Renault in Vilvoorde :-) They still make Audi in Brussels .. They still make Volvo in Gent .... Belgium used to be the country with the highest production of cars per inhabitant ... but you can imagine all the big brands leaving if you have to p... 

Going by the Earles forks and the strange rear shock attachment, this is an R50 or 60? They made these for so many years, with such subtle changes, that I wouldn't have a clue what year or spec.

... told me he did a lot of adjustments himself .. not really respecting originality ... so that's why you're probably confused ! Bim

The only one I could bring back to the USA with me is the dog. They won't allow cars in my luggage.

... the dog will eat all your other luggage on your way back home :-) Maybe you should choose a wheel or a brake caliper ;-) Bim

Hmm... You know me well. You know I like nice fixed brake calipers... I'll make sure the dog is well fed before getting on the plane... An extra helping of Belgian chocolate for the dog!

How do you like driving the BMW 4-series Coupé? I am considering purchasing one for my wife.

It actually has a bit of everything an all-round car needs ... driving pleasure, a fantastic auto-gearbox, great engine-choice, comfort ... it might be a bit heavy but doesn't feel like it .. i really liked it, what stops me from buying a car like this is...
