from an intellectual perspective, was one with a sequence of random Bs and 8s, so that nobody, including law enforcement, could particularly quickly read the plate. I.e. B8BB8B8, and the font used on California plates certainly helped the cause of obfusca... 

We see a lot of them here in Belgium. Only 1000 € for whatever you want ... but for 1000 € I could buy 500 Hot Wheels cars ... ;-) Here some pics I took 10 years ago. ...
