I believe fuel is so cheap in Turkmenistan as to be almost free 
I really miss the old times, especially relatively empty yet interesting country roads. Still out there, unfortunately none really close to where I live so as to make for a fun detour on the way home...
Eastern Europe still offers vehicular fun, with plenty of interesting country roads. Not a day trip thing, though

My F4 is perfect for me but also on the long run a hard machine to ride . For a nice cruise (mostly with my daughter ) i take the HD .

When I first started riding, and I joined groups to go out riding....
I noticed that the first thing everyone looks at were the tyre treads and chicken strips. I couldn't push the bike to its limits at first (it takes years to get there!), so even tried to think of a manual way to scrub in the tyres so as not to be embarras...
