I suppose outside of the holiday season it’s generally OK, as there are faster routes to get from North to South and not everyone will take the historical route. And next time I would probably focus more on individual sections as opposed to doing the whole route in one go. But there was limited time and a lot to get through 😊

R definitely not. There is no rear view on the R. Mine is much better than a S, now. Even my friends who own a S are convinced that it was the way to go. Mine is more brutal and faster.
Here is a test I had on a small country road... I had to cut the video to hide the odometer... Now, the R gave me some ideas for mine. Which are I am currently working one. At the end, I will get an A 110 which is better than the R, for a tad less money. ...

I remember us attacking these roads back in 1996 with 3 bikes. Ducati Monster M900 Ducati 851 (with fake registration of a 916 LOL). And me on my 1993 Honda CBR600f2, clip-ons moved under the triple clamps .. so I could move the steering 2 cm left or righ...
