What Car Is It? WCII #1

Welcome to the inaugural post of What Car Is It? Modeled after the similar posts in our TImeOut forum headed by DRMW.

What's really being tested here isn't only your photographic memory of each car, but also the "Brand DNA" of various manufactures (twin kidney grills, that instantly reminds me of BMW). Give it your best guess based from your instinct. The more accurate the guesses we provide, would correlate to a manufacturer's adherence to their core brand DNA.

In general, we will usually use "modern" cars, meaning those in current production or within the recent past. However, occasionally we will have a more difficult one, such as a future concept car or a previous classic car. On occasion, there will also be an "interior shot" which will be even more challenging. Here, we will see if the brand DNA continues within cars interiors.

pretty clearly A-M, but the rear diffusers are throwing me...pretty aggressive for an A-M.

GTR

My friend tested an AMG with 507 hp the same day he tested a 530 hp GTR ... he had more fun in the GTR and found it muck quicker ! I think it's might be comparable to a Mitsubishi EVO 9 ... i once took that for a spin and immediately the fun began :-) ......

Really like the driving feel of the GTR. A lot. The looks of the GTR are a bit strange. Definitely a head turner, but not necessarily a universally beautiful car.

easy to get used too, well built, reliable and now with superb electronics if thats the thing that takes your fancy. the Impreza's, Evo's and GTR's may not be as powerful as Italian and English supercars, but i think they could drive at 90% for far longer...
