yes, the stickers come off...
though one does get used to them. I too was suprised how much difference the GT3 RS "drove" compared to even the same model and year GT3. Even (gasp) the Gallardo Performante felt soft on the track...(more pics and videos coming soon)

You must try it if you get a chance and like three pedal manuals.
It ain't for everyone, but if you like a nearly spiritual connection between driver and car, this one is hard to beat... TM
