Hello TCPX - couple questions
Hi there just reading your post and looking to confirm - they told you that all Blancpains go back to Switzerland? Was there any additional costs associated for shipping charged to you other than the regular service fee? How long altogether are they saying the entire process will take till you see the watch returned. I have a Blancpain requiring service I've been reluctant to take to the Swatch Group Toronto site after some reviews I've read but would be less concerned if I knew it was returning home for it's service interval. Thanks in advance.

They do go back to Switzerland
Hi Robapril, Yes indeed - I was advised that all of the Swatch group "prestige" brands (ie: anything above Omega such as Breguet, Blancpain, etc.) do have to be sent back to Switzerland which definitely is good news as the watch will be in more experience...
