Blancpain Leman Chronograph Perpetual Calendar White Gold Limited to 50 pieces.
The Leman Chronograph Perpetual in white gold was a watch I got in 2003, and which I loved a lot. The combination of white gold and blue dial was top, and the moon phase exquisite.
A good 38, 5 mm case, a bit thick, though, but what a charm.
At that time, I didn't have a camera, but I found a picture to be credited to Christies.
Mine was on a navy blue alligator strap.
I let it go because I had a problem with the hands which were having a " walk " into the dial... Twice.
A pity, because I would have kept it.

Seeing that beautiful dial...I just ask myself...
how did they dare to stop production of the Leman series and in particular the chrono..???😺....there were quite some few gems released over the years...and exactly when I started to get interested...no more...I need to get my hand on one of those models.....

The case sizing was perfect but agreed it was thick. I moved on and sold it too, but I miss it too. Thanks for sharing.

I prefer warmer tones and have the rose gold, blue dial edition. It kept me company during this year’s Feb to March transition and what a wonderful companion it was! BW, Chi Kai ...
