The L Evo Caroussel is really superb! I love a lot the idea on this watch, the play of light, the transparency...Less is indeed more. Another " Less is more " watch is the new 8 Days using the 13 RO. Beautiful on the dial side, magnificiently understated,... 

while the marker was purposedly made to give vintage look, it appears too small relative to dial and hands and do not bode well with the sapphire bezel. larger marker with WG fringe (like the 2007 model) would have been much better and of-course San date ... 

for a great report.... Blancpain appears to be walking on a modern path since last year..... I find the no radiation FF interesting but I would prefer no date.... cheers

This watch looks very cool. And IMHO very nice with the date, unlike other comments above. But I am afraid to ask--is this 45mm? Hard to reconcile a vintage re-issue in a case oversized even by modern standards. Please tell me the case is smaller, and I w...

Let's start with the ones I don't like: The L-Evolution Phase de lune and semainier with their huge figures and the Super Trofeo. I'm not over excited by the Villeret Moonphase, I already find them old-fashioned. BUT I really love the L-Evolution Carrouse...

cos I drooled too much!! My favourite out of these is the 13R0 movement... and that enamel dial.... Blancpain seems to be raising the bar for the game!!!
