Blancpain

While I really enjoy the ceramic blue-dialed Bathyscaphe, the Sedna gold version released last year, with the striking brushed case, really floored me. I've thought it over since then, and finally decided the time is right. I'll certainly post my thoughts...

I like this piece too. It somehow says “captain of the ship”, in a classy way. I’m curious to know if you had other pieces in mind before deciding on this piece?

I admit I have problems whenever I purchase watches. I have to hide them sometimes.

I am a big fan of red gold combined with blue. Especially if it is a sports watch. And I am a fan of BP now. I can say just the best about my (first) FF which I have been wearing permanently the last weeks. Many congrats for your choice! Cheers Thomas

Yes, they did an amazing job with both iterations. Both have a blue ceramic dial. I am very curious to see, how the Sedna gold differs from the brushed rose gold. Please let your wrist shots come as soon as possible. Congrats once again! 😊 Thomas ...

I’ve seen it with the gold nato hardware and thought it looked outstanding.

Me wishes I have the gold nato hardware too, but I’m sure they want an arm and leg for it.

That's really a dream watch in red gold case. I had the blue ceramic for 6 months before I sold it. It was a bit to big for my liking, what I regret a loooottt. 42mm and max. 12mm height are my limit for comfort as a main watch. Happy man who can say, tha...
