A 'T Swiss T' designated dial shouldn't have radium. I think that would have been illegal anyway, as radium was banned for the Swiss watch industry in 1964. If there is strong radiation, it must come from the bezel. The only way to find out, is to take these motherlovers apart and measure dial, hands and bezel separately.
I had an interesting case recently with a vintage Breguet diver that had a reprinted dial. The watch was highly radioactive, but when we disassembled it and measured the dial, there was only background radiation. Same with the hands. The only thing that was radioactive was the bezel.
