Need advice on repairs for my Léman Reveil

Hi all,

A few days ago I woke in the morning to the sound of my Reveil, I unscrewed and pressed the alarm on/off button, and the whole button and screw-down part popped out. The watch is out of warranty, I avoid the local AD, and the second nearest AD is even less competent I'm afraid. I'm hoping for suggestions on getting the watch repaired. I took it to a local watchmaker that worked on other swatch brands (Omega, Longines, Rado) but unfortunately they just made a mess of it, scratching up the button and screwdown as well as a few nicks to the interior of the movement and the button just fell off again at first use.

What would you guys advise, is it possible to send the watch directly the manufacture in Switzerland for repairs (wouldn't mind getting a polish either)? If so, who should I contact, and what would you reckon I'm looking at as far as costs?

Thank you.

-Greg
