Spring bars on the 40mm cases
I have not owned one but I've been on the edge for (literally!) years, tried on many, considered all these angles, and yes: one of the differences between the 40mm Fifty Fathoms and the larger models (42 and 45) is the bars.

Curved bar
Thanks for the picture! I took mine out and it looks like a curved bar. Do 40mm bps come with that? Also the new band I got is a straight bar, hopefully it works on the lugs

Sorry for the noob question! Does long pin mean springbar? I tried screwdriver for a bit but finally pushing a simcard pin worked 😂

spring bar curving tool
