I am very curious how my FF will behave in (my) real life. In the meantime, I've become more relaxed when it comes to accuracy. I'm no longer an accuracy freak because it took away some of my joy when a watch wasn’t performing … well. It’s a piece of art ... 

So my perspective on accuracy changed from being a negative when not present to becoming instead an additional positive when there. So yes it is still important, but it plays a different role in my love for horology

This is a great watch! I like the satin-brushed titanium case very much. And the the position of the big date window at 6. Together with the removed applied numerals at 3 and 9 this leads to a great balance on the dial. Best Thomas

That watch is pure class. It makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up. I have never really known anything about Blancpain. I will be sure to do some research on The brand. In the past many years I’ve been somewhat of a Patek fan boy.. And I am sorry... 

In my humble opinion you can't avoid brands like ALS or Blancpain and many independents if you value high manufacturing artistry combined with a comprehensible price-performance ratio. I have learned that these untrodden paths (where the market is not yet...  

I am not an investor in watches whatsoever. I buy watches for the mechanical artistry and pure visual pleasure. My brother likes boats and enjoys buying them. I always make this comparison. I spend almost as much on a few watches as he does on a boat yet ... 

Watches are just “things” but can be an essential part of your life. I cannot imagine leaving the house without a watch on my wrist. So it is essential for me to just wear what I love and like and not what others might see as a good investment. UN is also...
