Hi there, new to the forum. I am strongly considering the marine 5817ST for my next purchase. I was wondering how easy (or difficult) it is to change straps on the watch given the screwed lugs. I am thinking of getting the white dial steel model with the ... 

I am in a similar boat but purchased teh watch and desperately trying to find a user experience with strap change with no success... anything you can share would be much appreciated!

I own a classique too (5207- retrograde seconds) but also too afraid to try a strap change on my own. Now that it's confirmed that you need to have two screwdrivers on either side for both models, I'm inclined to bring it to the AD for any strap changes..... 

If you're not comfortable with the idea best to let a professional handle it for sure. The Classiques of course are made of softer precious metal so using the correct screwdriver size is even more important and extra care is needed. If I remember correctl...
