If you're not comfortable with the idea best to let a professional handle it for sure. The Classiques of course are made of softer precious metal so using the correct screwdriver size is even more important and extra care is needed. If I remember correctly, there is also an additional smaller securing screw on the bottom of the lug on the classiques (at least my Tradition had it and I believe the classiques do too) which would need to be removed first.

I own a classique too (5207- retrograde seconds) but also too afraid to try a strap change on my own. Now that it's confirmed that you need to have two screwdrivers on either side for both models, I'm inclined to bring it to the AD for any strap changes.....
