All this talk about accuracy and not a word about the absolute beauty of this timepiece?????
I love mine. Never timed it, probably never will.
Appreciate the report very much Philip, but.... well... I had to say something about the perfect balance of the dial, the amazing glow of the hands, the way the watch takes you to a previous place and time... yet is contemporary somehow and looks so good with casual attire--at least in wg, like mine.

I use it, but for short timings. I can try and leave it running for longer periods to see... My guess is that it would slightly slow the movement, since you have additional friction from the second hand and the minute counter. Will let you know in a few d...

Understated?
I'm really liking the WG version too. Interesting that it works well casual. Would you say that it's relatively understated? I mean is the dial quity flashy? And does it wear quite large and 'in your face'? I love the watch but I don't like to show it off...
