I would go for the white gold with the blue dial and the movements are out of this world. Sacrilege I know but I just really don't have an interest in minute repeaters so the watch could lose some depth by dropping that for me.

I did show the piece to a watchmaker friend at Patek on Bond Street who liked the sound. It’s quite bright with plenty of volume - and the timing is quite even.
