before anyone decides to file a law suit or ask Congress to enact some new legislation to protect the underdog, I'd like to hear the other side of the story. I doubt we'll get that opportunity because it is unlikely Breguet is going to debate this in public.
However, no one knows if the watch was abused or whether what we've been told is the truth or what was actually said in the heat of conversation.
I withhold judgement and am not siding with Breguet or "the underdog" until I hear "the rest of the story."

Well if the watch would start working it would keep perfect time. Once the power was used up then and after winding the watch it would not start.It would also not start unless you moved the hours hands. Once or twice it did start when you shook the watch....
