As owner, Bvlgari could be pedantic
and move that one Master watchmaker from DR building to the Bvlgari building during the production run of this model. That would satisfy those who demand their watch 'manufactured' under one roof 
That would clearly be a bit convoluted.
As for component supply, it has been traditional to out-source components to Manufacture's specifications for hundreds of years.

what does this exactly mean "They are all made by the same Master Watchmaker." ? It's an interesting piece, I think I like last-years model more. This one seems very "long" on the wrist, with the tubular lugs giving the effect of a very large watch. A

when a brand claims it makes a movement itself, and it does not, then that requires a but more thought. - SJX
