Congrats to Ping for being chosen POTW!
Another great post in the POTW series. Maybe I'm biased, but I think having women PuristS who are active in the various discussions on the board is a good thing. It's nice to get the benefit of different perspectives, so I certainly appreciate Ping and all the other Lady PuristS in this regard. Also, I think Ping has a great way with words -- it's always pleasurable to open up one of her reviews and read her thoughts!
As a Southerner, I can vouch for the deliciousness of her red velvet cupcakes (which originated as a regional specialty of the Southern United States, much like my other childhood favorites lemon chess pie and Coca-Cola cake). The "From Ping's Kitchen" red velvets are moist and decadent -- I wish I had one now!

Hi Blomman! I do pick the stones up from the ground at the new places I'm visiting. Sometimes it's easy and other times it's a lot harder. (There just aren't many loose rocks lying around in Las Vegas...) I don't put the date on them but that's a good ide...
