Hi MTF,
I think you mean when Giorgio passed in 1966 the company was operated by his sons Gianni and his younger brothers. Gianni eventually stepped down due to personal reasons in the 80's and sold his stake to his younger brothers Paolo and Nicola. It should be noted it was Gianna and Gerald Genta who designed the Bulgari Bulgari watch using influence from the Monete Collection.
Marina was involved yes, in design and administrative task until 1976, but I question if she was to the degree that wikipedia says she was
