What is the significance of the dial symbol…is that an 8 or perhaps an infinity symbol?

It’s an 8.

Infinity being another expression of perpetual for an automatic calibre. Or so the story goes.

Love this edition, and agree you really need to see an Octo in person to understand how special they are. Even the butterfly clasp is well thought out and goes into the bracelet. Looks wonderful on your wrist too. 🎉🎉🎉

I wasn't a fan of it until I saw it in person, and now I love it! The function of the bracelet is very well designed.

And yes, once you see the Octo in person.... ...  

I love this more durable stainless steel version as well.

absolutely love this edition..didn't know about it and the 8 on the dial looks great. I have another LE bulgari Octo finissimo (revolution) but this is way nicer..another level of cool Enjoy it and wear in good health!

Revolution version should be a very nice one too! I'm actually thinking of getting a chrono or perpetual for my next one.

This one is definitely very cool too. But don't sell the Revolution one short. And keep in mind, that Revolution version was done years ago too! Very innovative for something so early.

While I find this digital "8" dial to be very cool, I also find it a huge juxtaposition and contradiction. A classic device with an ultra modern LED display look to it. It's definitely an artists' concept. I'll be sporting my Tadao Ando today. I even real...

I don't know if you're at home or out of the house, but the rugs in the background look great. And that's an awesome sweater too! Sweater goes well with a cool black watch. Very cool and thanks for introducing this awesome limited edition to WatchProSite.... 

The sweater is from Martin Margiela. Blue rug is a antique japanese indigo dyed rug from the late 1800s, and red one is a persian bijar rug. Given it's sculpture like visual, the Octo Finissimo really matches with these geometric designs.

Just exquisite all round!
