The seconds hand is actually the tourbillon cage with its centre of rotation co-axial with the hands. One obvious way which it differs from the Haldimann you mention (really often) is the fact that the balance is not co-axial with the cage as in the Haldi... 

And do I really mention Haldimann that much?
