Vintage Tank watches used white gold case backs for yellow gold cases. Even though it is obviously a cost cutting measure, it means the watch is less than USD10,000. There is no other gold, mechanical Cartier at that price. - SJX

I am inclined to agree with you a formal dress watch should be a bit smaller, and should not have a seconds hand either. - SJX
