The question is, if one sees it as competition at that level...
Not sure how that works. Would many, who like it switch to AP due to price? If it exceeds what one can afford, it definitely has an effect but the question is how many they wanted to make and if the price was detrimental... I guess resale value will also give an indication, if the original price was out of bounds.
