I didn't know that they were into watchmaking so early on. I recalled they were in jewelry in Pforzheim, but I wasn't aware of their watchmaking prior to Chopard.

something many love but I personally have never liked! My main qualm with the Chopard world timer is its size at 43mm (I think) which is 4.5mm larger than the current Patek world timer, 5230. Also the Patek movement fills up the case back better and the g...  

By the time I can afford PP world timer with enamel dial, my aged eyes will need bigger dial markers! 😢 Steel L.U.C Time Traveler One is affordable and dial legible now.... Regards, MTF

And I was actually referring to a Patek world timer in normal production rather than the enamel dial one. Yes the enamel dial is all very pretty but I actually prefer the smaller case size of the regular production watch with the guillloche. As usual, I a... 

That’s my favorite Patek, in my favorite iteration. Not sure who’s wearing the 5960 but huge congrats. Of course it goes without saying that the other pieces pictured are tremendous!
