Actually, Harrods has a concierge and personal shopper service.
On the ground floor near the entrance to the high jewellery and watches is a concierge desk but they are also dotted all over the store.
The green-liveried men and women are the concierge staff.
They will help everyone.
Of course, Harrods VIP members get even more services....

Ahh, I missed the one near Bond St.
In my last visit to London I did see the Chopards in Selfridges and in Harrods, but I missed the one off of Bond St. which has the URUSHI lacquer watches! I definitely would've liked to have seen those! Thanks for sharing where all the good stuff is!

Having lived there for eight years it really has been too long since I went there last. And there are several pieces in your pictures that would make a visit worthwhile. Do need to up my walking speed though, to be fit for it again
